I have weaponized the word draw and discard!

First I want to start off stating the obvious. This is a Nekusar, the Mindrazer deck. If this bothers you to the point that you are not here to help, but instead just here to bitch, go ahead and leave now.

Now that that's out of the way...let's have some fun!

There are a ton of cards here that synergize off of each other, especially if Bloodchief Ascension is active. I wanted to make a Nekusar deck without completely going after the wheel idea. I wanted to take full advantage of card draw, discard and delay-of-game cards such as Propaganda and Crawlspace.

IMO, on EDH deck construction, I didn't want to make a 'tutor deck.' I don't think that all the tutors are necessary and that it breaks away from the concept of the format. Also, as you see I don't have a lot of mana rocks. I don't particularly care for the signets and the mana rocks I want to buy I don't want to pay that much for, like Mana Crypt and other 0 drops.

I have a lot of cards in this deck that I have NEVER seen other EDH players play with, like Final Fortune. I don't know how many times I have got 7 loyalty counters on Jace, Memory Adept played Nekusar, took my extra turn and killed everyone on the table with Jace's ultimate. Other cards that I have in the deck that are fun are cards like Lethal Vapors = super fun to watch them struggle. Cryptoplasm, I like because I can always match my opponents nasty creatures.

I have Leyline of Anticipation and Vedalken Orrery to help/assist me when I need to discard my hand, I can still play everything I need to. Also, I don't like giving my opponents card advantage with Howling Mine and Font of Mythos so I flash them in at my last opponents end-step so that I get the first extra card draw.

On to the question.

As you can tell I don't have a lot of creatures. I have a lot of board wipes and delay-of-game cards. I don't really like the following cards; Insurrection because I have had it in my hand almost every single game and never needed to cast it. Sadistic Sacrament I orignally had Extract in my deck and someone told me to upgrade. I have had it in my hand for 2 full games and never wanted to pony up the 10 mana to cast it. Darkwater Catacombs I generally dislike this card. Diabolic Servitude Now that I don't have a lot of creatures in the deck this seems to just sit in my hand taking up a valuable spot.

Ok TappedOut, what suggestions do you have for me. I'm game for anything you think would be an improvement. EDH is so situationally dependant that it is hard for me to pull cards and even harder to figure out what I should replace them with.

Oh and in general, I don't pay much more than $10 for a single card. I try to find the worst condition of the card and buy that one.
