About as budget as it gets!

Glint-Sleeve Siphoner is the centrepiece of the energy package. GSS essentially turns Attune with Aether into a 1 mana draw 2. In a similar way, Aether Poisoner is utilised as a removal spell that cantrips.

Stirring Wildwood and Witherbloom Campus give some utility from the manabase. Attune also functions as lands 24-27. Between Attune with Aether , Sandsteppe Citadel and Aether Hub , the manabase is strong.

Vraska, Swarm's Eminence is theoretically a 2-for-1 that can deal with opposing Planeswalkers. Additionally, whilst on the battlefield, Vraska makes Poisoner an ever-growing threat.

Growth-Chamber Guardian and Lingering Souls are both efficient threats that create value. GCG goes taller, whilst Souls goes wider and is evasive.

The removal suite includes: Cast Down for earlier threats; Ruinous Path for Planeswalkers; Mortality Spear for problem permanents.

Lastly, Agonizing Remorse provides hand disruption and main-board graveyard disruption.
