Games vs Jund —Jan. 22, 2020
Played some games vs good old fashion Jund tonight. I won 2 of 3 games without sideboards. Though they were way closer than I wanted. Jund attacks from a lot of angles. It’s hard to beat the disruption of discard, while also trying to fight both wrenn and lily, while also staring down goyf, scooze eating my grave, and bloodbraid gaining advantage. If it weren’t for my field of the dead plan I would have lost all 3 easily. Glad to see that plan worked. After siding I lost 2 of 2. One to Ashiok and the other to just him having a better draw.
Key take aways are I need more abrupt decays in the 75. Only have 4 answers to walkers was not enough pre sided games and only bringing in one more answer to walkers wasn’t good enough. Also I was very underwhelmed with drown in the loch. I may need to cut them for decays or something different.
