The point of this deck is to survive until you can have an overwhelming amount of threats. This can be accomplished by getting a loop of The Eldest Reborn and either Tamiyo, Collector of Tales or Golgari Findbroker . The deck also has the win condition of massing planeswalkers and being efficient at taking out threats.

Planeswalkers

Nissa, Voice of Zendikar

Nissa 3's main purpose is to provide blockers with her +1 to slow the game down and get more threats out, she can also act as a win condition by pumping up any creatures you have, and if she lasts on the field for too long she is a strong draw spell and life gain.

Tamiyo, Collector of Tales

Tamiyo's main purpose in this deck is to search for specific answers to problems the board poses, and provide recursion for any spells, planeswalkers, and creatures that you need back on the board. Her static ability is strong in protecting your hand and field from specific discard and sacrifice.

Nissa, Who Shakes the World

Nissa 5 provides a win condition through lands. The extra mana produced through half of the land base is just an added benefit.

Vraska the Unseen

Vraska 5 is a win condition and a threat that needs to be answered quickly, she can also answer any permanent that is threatening the board.

Ugin, the Ineffable

Ugin's purpose is to win the game by pushing card draw and providing recurring removal, his static ability has no effect besides casting a second copy.

Vraska, Relic Seeker

Vraska 6's is the scary finisher. She's hard to remove, provides blockers/attackers, has strong removal and will win the game if unanswered.

Incubation Druid

Mana dork/fixer, can block weenies, becomes bigger if needed.

Thief of Sanity

Threat that needs to be answered the turn it's played or provides insane card advantage.

Vampire Nighthawk

Strong blocker/lifegain

Golgari Findbroker

Recursion element important in fixing board state.

Ravenous Chupacabra

Kill spell on a stick

Moment of Craving

Kills small creatures, gains life, can win trades as a combat trick.

Sultai Charm

Situational creature removal, answers artifact or enchantment threats, card draw

Vraska's Contempt

Strong removal and life gain

Sorceries

Thought Erasure

Cleans out biggest threat in opponent's hand, helps dig for answers

Drown in Sorrow

Board wipe and dig tool
