Mostly blue, splashing black and green for removal and ice-fang.

Needs testing. Unsure about how cunning nightbonder will play and on the numbers of brazen borrower. Unsubstantiate also needs some testing, but I saw it in play in Mono-U tempo-ish deck in pioneer. Want to fit slitherwisp in, but it made the mana base terrible with 3 colors. Other possibilities for inclusion are Drown in the Loch, Logic Knot, Spell Pierce, Spell Snare, Shadow of Doubt
