Nicol Bolas Discard Deck. Let your opponents discard lots of cards and drain their life points while you are at it. This deck can lead to you becoming the archenemy of the table and stop your opponents from playing their decks properly. Cards like Rise of the Dark Realms and Torment of Hailfire can end games. Having Megrim + Liliana's Caress + Fell Specter on the field and using a card like Dark Deal can kill off the entire table. Notion Thief is also really mean in this deck since and synergizes very well with cards like Reforge the Soul or Dark Deal.

Inspired by Torekai92's Deck ("https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/nicol-bolas-lord-of-discard/"). I might make some changes on my own and see how it works.
