There's a storm brewing on the horizon... a Chatterstorm, that is!

The name of the game is BUDGET simic storm and here's how to play: get all the lands onto the battlefield and begin cascading with Jadzi, Oracle of Arcavios  's magecraft ability. It counts for copies too, so storm, replicate, cascade, and any other cast/copy triggers (including Jadzi's ability itself!) just add to the brewing storm.

You aren't doing much before Jadzi hits the field on turn 5 or 6, but if she sticks around, your opponents are in trouble. Do this by accelerating your land count with Skyshroud Ranger, Budoka Gardener  , Explore, Growth Spiral, and any other ramp spells. Make the most of Journey to the Oracle   with cards like Khalni Gem, Seek the Horizon, and as much draw as you can muster. Once you're in position, every cantrip becomes an attempted Omniscience! There's a bit of topdeck manipulation (see Telling Time, Brainstorm, or Mystic Speculation) that will let you fire off that Apex Devastator or Beacon of Tomorrows for just one mana. Harrow, Frantic Search, even Eureka Moment or Urban Evolution nets you mana and allows you to you keep the train rolling.

Storm, Cascade, and Replicate spells are your best friend. Each storm/replicate copy will generate that many Jadzi triggers, which will keep you going into more lands, which fuels the rest of the triggers, which EXPLODES if you hit a second storm spell! Swarm Intelligence is an all-star in this deck, as it gives you extra chances for each chance you take.

The payoff cards are few and far between, but you only really need one or two. Sphinx-Bone Wand gets nutty fast (and can directly take out players once you get going), Deekah, Fractal Theorist works wonders to develop a boardstate, and if you're lucky enough to ult Tamiyo, the Moon Sage, your opponents are up a creek without a paddle.

There is only one true combo in the deck, and that's Walk the Aeons with Slogurk, the Overslime on the field plus the ability to play extra lands per turn. If you run out of cards and haven't won the game yet, Beacon of Tomorrows with Sphinx-Bone Wand is your way out, but there's also Commit / Memory to refresh your hand and library.

One nifty strategy to watch for is stringing together Reclaim and Regrowth targeting each other to get Jadzi triggers/up your storm count, or just buyback-ing Mystic Speculation.

There aren't really counterspells in the deck because we don't really want to hit them with Jadzi, so best of luck. The only one in there is Insidious Will, but that's just a copy if you hit it with a trigger. Even if it slows you down, her built-in bounce will at least keep her within arm's reach (not that you won't have the mana to cast her again). It's a bit of a doozy to keep track of all the triggers and storm count and make sure everything resolves in the right order, but never fear! You got this!

NOTE: Even with Tamiyo, the Moon Sage and Apex Devastator, the deck is under $100! The four cards I don't own but would like to are Noxious Revival, Nexus of Fate, Flusterstorm, and Life from the Loam. All would make superb additions to the deck!
