Budget Izzet Prowess deck. Throw your dudes, make them big, hit hard and fast.

If the game lasts too long, you have a few options, Zada and Mirrorwing spread your spells (Note: the copies DO NOT trigger prowess as the copies are put on the stack, not cast.)Eye of the Storm is the real heavy-hitter here, as each spell IS cast. You can also play games with Eye and Isochron Scepter; the copy cast with Isochron will trigger Eye, but the Isochron copy disolves on the next state-check, letting you cast all of your openents' spells without adding to the stack of exiled spells.

Always try to imprint a spell that gives unblockable onto Isochron Scepter for the most bang.
