I've played a few times against Xenagos. It was staggering how much damage can be dealt within a few turns, especially with extra combat steps.

For one that played modern a lot back in the day's (modern is now just legacy these day's) remember playing against green stompy or zoo also brings back memories and kind of inspired to build a xenagos deck in the back of my mind.

I wanted to have one gruul deck in my collection, first it was a Klauth from the AFR precon, but that became Miirym. Then not so recently i build Raggadragga more in a Eldrazi theme, and that runs technically more colorless then gruul. I've did a sealed draft MOM, pulling a Etali, Primal Conqueror   and assembled some other cards those also where perfect in a Xenagos build then i eventually just build the damn deck. Short on time i just scrape what i had and could find and assembled the deck, i'll still have to optimize the deck. But that will be done when i feel the need to.

Anyway, the deck speaks for itself; Gruul go smash... And smash again.
