Using one creature type to maximise the ability of Descendants' Path and consistently cheat creatures onto the battlefield. Backup creature cheating is provided with Mosswort Bridge and Woodland Bellower .

A little life gain from Thragtusk and Arborback Stomper will keep you going for a devastating Overwhelming Stampede .

The basic idea is to rush low mana mid range hitters like Brushstrider , Garruk's Companion , Kalonian Tusker and Leatherback Baloth into play faster than your opponents can block, counter or remove.

A few +1/+1 counters from Fangren Firstborn and Ridgescale Tusker or some pump from Garruk Wildspeaker finish quickly with the planeswalker adding +3/+3 and trample for all those 3+ powered beasts

The fetchlands Windswept Heath and Wooded Foothills helps to thin the deck providing a higher percentage of creatures in the mid to late game.

A fantastic deck for budget kitchen table magic in group format. Competative in modern against red burn, the race is one. Use your sideboard to Damping Sphere Tron and Tormod's Crypt to circumvent graveyard mechanic.
