This is the deck I am beginning to build after much debate on this forum. I will also be building a deck around Yeva, Nature's Herald and Meren of Clan Nel Toth, then buying the strongest and most fun commander!

Both art and budget are important to me, so I'll be trying to maximize both within the decks. I'm looking to keep the deck under $100, mainly on the cards that i have to spend money on, as tappedout generally inflates prices.
