This is basically the sultai snake deck that won the SCG tournament but my version was built on more of a budget and also takes more to the +1/+1 counter side of the synergy as opposed to the energy build. A lot of this is just because I played a version of Constrictor in the last standard so it was an easy port for me. I am currently testing out Herald of Secret Streams in the list and so far so good!
