Jeskai Ascendancy is the key card of the deck.

It can potentially draw our entire deck or generate infinite mana.

Retraction Helix/Banishing Knack on a single spirit in conjunction with a mana rock essentially substitutes in for another Dramatic Scepter combo. This generates infinite Jeskai Ascendancy triggers, allowing us to loot to an X spell (Jaya's Immolating Inferno/Comet Storm/Grapeshot) and generate infinite mana with untap/bounce effect.

Divergent Transformations targeting two spirits will transform them into the two creatures in our deck, Spellseeker and Elsha of the Infinite. They both enter the battlefield around the same time, and Spellseeker has a trigger to tutor for a 2 CMC or less instant/sorcery. We will look for Enlightened Tutor. This will search up Sensei's Divining Top, putting it on the top of our libary. We've created a Mystic Forge scenario because we can play the top over and over again for free because of the spirits.

This generates infinite storm counters and infinite draws. After we draw our entire deck, we can win through a numerous ways. Just remember not to deck yourself.

You're probably wondering why this list runs so much creature removal. Relatively, I play in a heavy creature-meta, where certain creatures can end up being very problematic to my strategy. A lot of my meta consists of decks are heavily dependent on their commander. Having my opponents constantly trying to waste mana to recast their commander is devastating to their gameplan, and while they're are busying doing that, I get to assemble my win-conditions without getting disrupted.

Abrade, takes out a lot of 3-Toughness commanders that are incredibly common in EDH. You can also blow up any stax piece that's being too disruptive.

Generous Gift, this card made the cut solely because I am a big fan of the versatility that this card has. It's essentially a white Beast Within. It answers any form of threat, what's not to love?

Path to Exile, Swords to Plowshares and Rapid Hybridization, these three one-cmc removal spells are very efficient. Swords to Plowshares is usually a must-include in most white decks for leveraging some form of control, but people sometimes ignore that Path to Exile is equally as good. It has a downside of getting them a land, but it still packs a powerful effect for a one mana spell.
