I wanted to make a themed budget Goblin deck so I decided I would try to base the strategy of the deck based on the Soviet plan in WW2. With the theme I was going for was mass producing goblins to either run into opponents or sacrifice to deal some minor damage. Due to the budget restriction I was limited in the the efficiency of the deck and had to cut some cards that could boost lethality. My budget for this deck was $50 and it currently would cost around $45. The cards I would include if I didn't budget are in the maybe board. If you look really closely at the maybe board and swap a few of those cards in you may notice a way of making infinite goblins to just throw at the enemies. Kind of like Russia during WW2.
