Usual Scion of the Ur-Dragon EDH deck but with a blink sub-theme. You can use the blink effects as extra protection for your Scion or you can abuse ETB creatures.

Evolved from my Jodah, Archmage Eternal Eldrazi deck. I used blink effects to protect Jodah and I used Jodah to cheat huge Eldrazis into play.

Get to 7 mana before casting Scion to have at least 2 mana open to protect him with his ability by putting Chromium, the Mutable or Palladia-Mors, the Ruiner in your graveyard.

With 2 open mana you can also protect him with either Memory Lapse , Arcane Denial , Mystic Veil , Momentary Blink , Vapor Snag , Swiftfoot Boots , Deadeye Navigator or Shadow Guildmage .

This deck uses budget lands in conjunction with lots of draw filtering and mana fixing to get to by turn five.

Notable cards:

Chamber Sentry as an alternative wincon.

Junktroller puts Dragons on the bottom of you library after Scion puts them in your graveyard.

Shadow Guildmage combos with ETB creatures or as protection for Scion by putting them on top of your library.

Bring to Light gets almost any card you want

Prism Array clears a path for attack or you can use it as a fog while waiting to get to the magic 7 mana. The scry ability is useful if the game goes long.

The Mending of Dominaria a great ramp card, recursion, or for putting Dragons back into your library.

Vapor Snag use it on opponent's creatures, on your ETB creatures, or as extra protection for Scion.

Ever After resurrect 2 Dragons or 2 ETB creature.

This is a budget deck using only cards I have. You can use better cards of course.
