And before anyone asks, yes Imperial Seal is the Signature Spell, even if it is literally worse than Vampiric Tutor (which is also in the deck). This is because the Signature Spell must always returns to the Command Zone, and cannot go into the graveyard.

I'd must rather have the more useful Vampiric Tutor in the graveyard, so that I can recast it with Yawgwill.

Then why have Imperial Seal in the deck at all? Because it is still a damn useful and powerful card, and works amazingly well together with Bolas's Citadel. Naturally.
