Like most relentless rat decks you are trying to get Thrumming Stone into play as soon as possible to fill your board with Relentless Rats. Most decks use Marrow-Gnawer as their commander. However, this deck uses Sidisi, Undead Vizier. The reason for this is no matter what your starting hand is you will be have the option to tutor for the cards. If you need a combo piece cast the commander and get it. Your opponent has a problem permanent on the field, do the same thing. Cast the commander and get the answer you need. With this kind of freedom you are able to have more flexibility with your starting hand.

This deck is pretty fun but it is a little on the side of a one trick pony. Regardless, I still enjoy playing with it.
