Hapatra, doing what she does best.
The idea is to eventually get a combo going with Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons+Strionic Resonator. This would give you 2x snakes at minimum (depending on the number of -1/-1s you're hitting with).

There is a lot going on here. This deck has some card draw, creature removal, token boosts, life gain and more.

I don't have the budget for a super pumped up Hapatra version and I didn't look through all my legacy/modern cards, so the deck will probably receive some adjustments in the future. Suggestions are welcome though.

Ridiculous Snake Generating Combos

Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons,Tragic Slip,Bone Splinters. (with Hapatra already out), cast Bone Splinters (and sac a creature to play it), while splinters is on the stack cast Tragic Slip. Creature that would be destroyed by B. Splinters (it could be your own creature) instead gets -13/-13 because you sac'd the first. Create 13x 1/1 DT snakes. with Primal Vigor or Strionic Resonator you could get 26x snakes on the field for a low low cost.

Languish or Rising Miasma + any number of snake tokens (var. X) = (4|2)*X (+ number of opponent creatures that get burned). Both these cards will burn your 1/1 snakes you have but in return you'll get 2 or 4 snakes per snake you burn. So if you have 5 on the field you could Languish them and get 20 snakes. Again PV and the Resonator can make this ridiculous
