Snake blue and green looking for feedback on how to make this deck better and quicker

UPDATE Made changes to make it modern legal

I am in doubt about Coiling Oracle and Ice-Fang Coatl maybe replacing one of them with Tangle Asp, Coiling Oracle is better for putting lands on play especially with Brainstorm, Ice-Fang Coatl is great because of the card draw and death touch but the ability on Tangle Asp is better than deathtouch because it`s not nedded to cause damage.

Looking for something quicker and better to replace Beastmaster Ascension maybe Door of Destinies or Coat of Arms, I don't know which it's better.

And maybe other combos not centered on using Lorescale Coatl to win as I see Lorescale Coatl and Nemesis of Mortals the main sources of damage unless Beastmaster Ascension kicks in

Slip Through Space to make unblockable damage

Thinking on replacing Slip Through Space with Simic Charm but considering if the higher mana cost is worth the multi-use of Simic Charm
