This particular version of Sliver Overlord isn't so much toolbox-slivers and eventually win. This deck want to just get Basal Sliver onto the battlefield once I get a critical mass of slivers so I can sac all of them to cast any LIVING DEATH effect. Doing this, hopefully I can get a bunch of ETB triggers from things like Dormant Sliver, and be able to make so much mana to cast something like TORMENT OF HAILFIRE for enough to win.
