Sliver Deck, main target is to draw cards, mainly silver non-stop bring them into play while they already have flash and draw and play even more sliver crads. Due to Dormant Sliver which allows you to draw a card whenever a sliver comes into play and Manaweft / Gemhide Sliver which allows you to produce mana with your slivers, combined with Heart Sliver which removes summoing sickness. Note that cheap mana cost sliver are the best for this deck, since you can produce 1 mana with every new sliver that comes inro play. With Necrotic Sliver by removing Dormant Sliver from your board and start a full broadside attack with Sliver Legion and all other slivers. Harmonic Sliver let you remove artifact or enchanments, while Necrotic Sliver even can remove any permanent that would criple your play.
