Life's a garden, you gotta dig it man. Otherwise you'll just get a ton of weeds and fungus. Slimefoot is one of those wonderful commanders where you really don't care what others are doing as you can just focus on building your garden and causing pain so that's the idea here. Use different cards to create Saprolings, Sacrifice or simply let them die to deal damage. Proliferate spore counters for faster creation, get out effects that just generate Saprolings over time, and equip Slimefoot with either Snake Umbra to draw multiple cards on each death or Phyresis to quickly infect your opponents to death. Phyresis can be an easy win state if you have a sac outlet and/or a way to proliferate on the board. So have fun helping nature reclaim the world!
