Things you may want to try:

Captain Sisay + Raff Capashen, Ship's Mage = instantly tutor and cast legendary spells, including Legendary Sorceries like Urza's Ruinous Blast and Karn's Temporal Sundering.

Your creatures attacking + Sisay, Weatherlight Captain fetches Bow of Nylea = your creatures have deathtouch now

Sidisi, Undead Vizier + Journey to Eternity   (Atzal, Cave of Eternity) = demonic tutor every turn

Hammer of Nazahn on the battlefield + Sisay, Weatherlight Captain attacking + fetch Blackblade Reforged = a bunch of commander damage.

Removal

A lot of the removal in this deck are on legendary permanents that Sisay can fetch, may boost Sisay's power or offer additional protection, and are potentially repeatable. Oaths and planeswalkers can be reused after flickering with Brago, King Eternal or Aminatou, the Fateshifter.

Oath of Chandra. 3 damage to a creature. Good against early game mana dorks or hate bears

Oath of Liliana. Each opponent sacrifices a creature

Domri, Anarch of Bolas. Sisay is usually big enough to remove a rival creature in a fight

Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God. Destroys a creature or planeswalker

Teferi, Time Raveler. Bounce a thing

The Wanderer. Exile a big creature

Bow of Nylea. 2 damage to a flyer. Not the main reason it's in the deck, but still

Yawgmoth's Vile Offering. Can be fetched with your commander's alter ego Captain Sisay

Karn's Temporal Sundering. Likewise

Combo Win

Aminatou, the Fateshifter, Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God, and Oath of Teferi. With Oath of Teferi, Aminatou and Bolas can flicker each other and reset their loyalty abilities. Use Bolas' +1 ability to exile your opponents' board state and hand. Then, get Ashiok, Dream Render on the battlefield. Flicker her with Aminatou/Bolas and use her ability to mill and exile your opponents' libraries. Your opponents' entire decks are now in exile.

To assemble the combo quickly, start with Sisay, Weatherlight Captain on the board with at least 4 power. Right before your turn, activate Sisay and get Selvala, Heart of the Wilds. During your turn, activate Selvala for WUBRG mana. Hopefully Sisay is at 5 power now, but if not you just need one more mana from another source. Use Sisay to get Derevi, Empyrial Tactician, and untap Selvala, Heart of the Wilds. Activate Selvala again and fetch Aminatou, the Fateshifter. Use Aminatou's -1 ability to flicker Derevi, untapping Sevala. Use her again to activate Sisay to fetch Oath of Teferi. Use Aminatou's -1 ability again, flicker Derevi, tap and untap Sevala, activate Sisay, and fetch Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God.
