Sir Timothy Prodigal Sorcerer the sniper brought some friends along to play.

The basic idea of the deck is to bring out Basilisk Collar + Prodigal Sorcerer to snipe every threat down with multishot Deathtouch.

I will get multiple shot's each turn in with the combo Cerulean Wisps + Prodigal Sorcerer , Kiora's Follower + Prodigal Sorcerer , Prodigal Sorcerer + Prophet of Kruphix

the snipe combo should come quite fast with some help of Elvish Visionary and Wistful Selkie

the main damage will come from

Stampeding Wildebeests in combo with Stampeding Wildebeests + Wall of Blossoms + Wistful Selkie makes sure I can get almost unlimited cards. Prophet of Kruphix makes sure I can cast all those new cards with fresh mana, even on opponents turn.

some flying never hurts so Trygon Predato can help there. with the added bonus of maybe sniping some enchants.

Giant Growth in there for a surprise block You can't play blue without some annoying counterspell cards so Spell Snare and Mana Leak should fill that up nicely. AEtherize when it's not goint to plan
