ABOUT THE DECK

Hard times are upon many of us right now, so I've been spending a good portion of my self-isolation time brewing budget decks that based upon one pillar:

-- Consistency --

Striking the delicate balance between interactivity and consistency can be extremely difficult when brewing budget, so with that in mind this deck lean full on into consistency. The deck is almost entirely comprised of pieces that forward the main strategy (playing enchantments and reaping the rewards), with any interaction integrated into this strategy. The most important part of building a consistent deck is a good mana curve that helps us do our ABCs (always be castin').

Due to the low cost of our commander, this deck is one of the faster budget builds that I've brewed. This deck has potential winds on turn 4 with the combo of Shielded by Faith and Siona. After the initial dig with Siona's ETB ability, the deck is chock full of enchantment synergies that help us churn through the deck to find the combo, or suit Siona up with auras for kills by commander damage.
