Hey I'm starting to get back into magic and am interested in building multi-colored decks for not too much of a price. This is my start to build a decent Simic counter deck with it being under $150 ish. You can drop Cyclonic Rift for something cheaper (I just happened to have 1 left over from the ravnica days).

Main theme of this deck is getting counters out onto creatures, drawing cards with the counters and provide some control. Also this deck is built more intended for 2v2 battles so if your buddy is getting aggro/controlling then this deck will slap harder the longer the battle goes on for.
