I have seen too many hangerback walkers and so I have decided to try and find a faster win. The purpose of this deck is to create +1 Counters, and then shift them to satisfy the Simic Ascendancy Win Condition. I know there are better lands but I built this with cards I had. Tutors are advisable I prefer playing a little riskier. Nothing I have seen in the rules will invalidate

IF I were to try and make it 60 even You can take out Jiang or Mistcutter Hydra/1-2 Ugin's Conjurant

I am open to any advice and card swaps :) I designed this deck myself but im sure there are similar decks out there. If this deck play style is already a thing im sorry....

PS From the Gatherer (Bioshift): 1/24/2013: To move a counter from one creature to another, the counter is removed from the first creature and placed on the second. Any abilities that care about a counter being removed or placed on a creature will apply.
