Cool deck idea! I'm working on a budget wolf deck myself right now.

3cmc is pretty much the going rate for two lands. Nissa's Pilgrimage gives you the possibility of three for 3, but it won't let you grab a mountain for Immerwolf.

Llanowar Elves is definitely the best budget ramp for green. If you want, you could replace Sylvan Ranger with Scorned Villager  Flip, which is more on theme.

The other card that could help you get to Howl of the Nightpack is Wren's Run Packmaster (although you probably want to keep Sylvan Ranger as a champion target if you're going to run that). Your opponent will be less likely to attack into a bunch of deathtouch creatures, giving you more time to set up for nightpack.

Thanks for all the love over at 5dollarMTG - I'll let you know when I get my own wolf deck posted!

@ 5dollarMTG I think that Nissa's Pilgrimage might come out to be better than Cultivate, since the deck changed to mono-green.

Wren's Run Packmaster is a great card, but an elf synergy is needed. In this case, 3x Duskwatch Recruiter  Flip, 2x Cultivate for 3x Sylvan Ranger, 2x Wren's Run Packmaster + 4x Llanowar Elves, might be ok.
