Why Breya, Etherium Shaper is not the commander only because Silas Renn, Seeker Adept can recur artifacts and both Silas and Akiri can come out early for blocking or early damage to punish slower decks. Breya is good to close out the game but having two cards in the command zone is better advantage with Breya being very easy to search or reanimate.

Needs of the deck are a better land package all though it does not tend to have mana problems with lower costed spells and few colour requirements. and more card draw and a land or two however play group uses old mull again rule

STATS

This deck is most likely going to win just by out valuing opponents probably finish them off with combat, Marionette Master, or Tezzeret, Master of the Bridge. Where the value comes in is having lots of cheaper artifacts with that like to be played, put in the graveyard and played again. So good Etb's and leaves the battlefield effects. my categories are

  1. Artifacts that put themselves in the graveyard for value Lotus Petal, Burnished Hart, Executioner's Capsule, and Dispeller's Capsule

  2. Cheap Value Ichor Wellspring, Mycosynsh Wellspring, Baleful Strix, Pilgrim's Eye, Solemn Simulacrum

  3. High Cost High Value Wurmcoil Engine, Sharuum the Hegemon, Sphinx Summoner, Myr Battlesphere

  4. Back From the Dead Myr Retriever, Junk Diver, Sanctum Gargoyle

  5. The Sack Outlets Breya, Etherium Shaper, Daretti, Scrap Savant, Morbid Curiosity, Slobad, Goblin Tinkerer, Trading Post

  6. Extra Value Panharmonicon, Mirrodin Besieged, Riddlesmith

1.This deck is going fair poorly against anything run mass artifact destruction and mass graveyard hate

2.I find while reoccurring cards comes easy drawing sometimes drawing into new ones is a bit of a challenge

1.I have been adding looting effects, to help with the card draw
