So I think I've finally found a mono black commander deck I like. Also having demonic Tudor in the command zone is pretty good. Anyway use the deathtouch cards like Typhoid Rats to discourage people from attacking you then cast Sidisi, Undead Vizier and Tudor Thornbite Staff or a payoff card like Grave Betrayal if you have the staff in hand. Try to set up a explosive turn where you get insane value off creatures dieing with Kothophed, Soul Hoarder and Harvester of Souls. Then get to enough mana to equip and activate the staff in one turn and go nuts.
