I might go more in depth with this description later. I’m tired. For now, important things to note:

This is a first draft of the deck, and, in fact, my first attempt at a graveyard-based deck ever. It definitely needs polish, although it has been performing surprisingly well. Still, I probably need more than 5 reanimator effects in a deck that is primarily a reanimator/aggro mix.

Whisper is an MVP in this deck. With the amount of tokens I can generate, there’s always fodder for her to sacrifice and reanimate a Terastodon or Shriekmaw or Disciple of Bolas or whatever. I’ve considered throwing in a couple of untap shenanigans just for her, but I don’t think I want to go too off track. I might try it out in the future, though.

There are two main combos in this deck. Both have come up exactly once in my 4 tests of this draft. Usually, I win through one of the various aggro situations this deck can create, and by the time the combos came up in the test games, I was already in a position to win by attacking and was just screwing around. The combos are possible, though.

The first combo is Sidisi, Brood Tyrant + Altar of Dementia + Extractor Demon + Dread. Extractor Demon can be replaced with Selhoff Occultist for the same effect. You also need another creature to sacrifice. Basically, you want all but Dread on the battlefield, and Dread in your library. The deck has a couple of discard outlets and sac outlets in case you need a way to get Dread into your graveyard to be shuffled back into your library.

You sacrifice a random side creature to the Altar, which will trigger the Demon/Occultist. Target yourself with both mill effects. This deck has ~42 creature cards in it. Hopefully you’ll mill one so Sidisi can get you a zombie to sacrifice. If not, you should have plenty of other creatures out by this point- I usually do. Repeat this process until you’ve milled your whole library, with the exception of Dread, which will shuffle itself back in every time it’s milled. Once you reach this point, you’re guaranteed to win as long as no one disrupts the combo. You have a library with one infinitely-returning creature to mill, and thus infinite zombies off Sidisi. Keep targeting yourself with one of the two mill effects, but target an opponent with the other. You’ll mill everyone else out, and voila- win.

The second combo is much less complex. Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord + Wall of Blood . Pay all but 1 of your life to buff Wall up, then sac it to Jarad to drain out your opponents. It may not always win you the game, but it’ll usually put you in range to win after sacrificing another creature or two.
