While working on another Sidar Kondo deck (Mighty Morphing Power Rangers), I also found that he should work pretty well as an Infect Commander. Infect creatures are usually very weak creatures, often under 2 power, and Sidar Kondo of Jamuraa can let them bypass the enemy players defense with ease. Once in there, you can pump up your creatures with Instants.

I choose Tymna the Weaver for the Partner Commander, mainly because of the black inclusion which has a lot of Infect stuff, but her ability also let's you draw ton of cards early together with Sidar and your Infect creatures. Other secondary Commanders could be Silas Renn, Seeker Adept , for the blue inclusion and his ability can give you back some of the artifact Infect creatures. Also you can then put Atraxa, Praetors' Voice into the deck, but why not play an Atraxa Infect deck then? Another option is Ravos, Soultender, who can get you your creatures back into play, but he also gives your creatures +1/+1, which we actually don't want because they might the too strong for Sidar then. Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder can also work as secondary Commander, but there are only very few red infect cards he adds, so I don't think he's worth in the end.

Deck is more a guideline so far, all Lands could use a work over, and other things like removal and consistency might be missing, but the idea still stands.

Notes: My playgroup has Sol Ring banned, so don't forget to put it in if you try the deck! The A is only for me to check which cards I still am missing in my collection.
