When I first saw Shu yun i thought "Wow, this guy is so cool, I have to get a EDH deck with him", so I tried to find something on the web, but every deck I found was way out of reach of my really low student budget. I let him go for a while, because I didn't think it was possible to build a really cheap deck with him that would work. I came back to the idea few weeks later and decided that I will give it a shot a I will try to build 40-60$ deck with Shu yun as commander. So here you go. At first, I just put random cheap shit together, that could have value with Shu yun and I found that the deck really isn't bad at all and can really surprise even 600$+ decks. I mean, it is so fcki'n easy to do 21 commander damage with this little monk. I think that the deck is in a really good shape now and I was pretty succesful with it (WARNING: You will get some hate, mainly because of the one turn kills that aren't that hard to achieve with this deck). I am open to any suggestions, but bare in mind that this is BUDGET deck. I don't want to go over 60 dollars.
