Here's another concept deck I'm lining out. I wanted to design around a less-common Commander, mono-color if possible, and it turns out Shisato, Whispering Hunter has just 32 decks listed on EDHrec at time of writing. Our four-armed, two-legged, hairy snake friend's unique combat-centric control ability sealed the deal. Basically, this deck is me messing around and theorycrafting another pile of jank. (Snakes are famous for their six limbs and long flowing hair.)

So how does this deck work? For starters, Shisato wants to hit players, not creatures, so unblockabilty is important (Whispersilk Cloak, Rogue's Passage, Canopy Cover). Second, Shisato wants to stay alive long enough to make contact, and needs a steady supply of Snakes to stay active, so protection and disposable Snakes came next (Tyvar's Stand, Asceticism, Maskwood Nexus). Third is the force-tap cards, because denying an untap step doesn't mean anything if everything can just stay untapped (Icy Manipulator, Timbermare, Nature's Will). Finally, there's a big soft-lock if Shisato can hit all your opponents at once, bringing Blade of Selves and Mirror Box into the deck. That's the core and main win condition. The secondary win condition is just brute strength, with Blanchwood Armor and Colossification playing big roles here. Finish with the usual ramp, removal, and draw, and a deck comes together.
