Use the commander, Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker, to keep bringing sacrificed 1/x creatures back to life. The creatures have various Enter The Battlefield effects and death triggers, including one that opens attractions (Deadbeat Attendant) and one that adds stickers (Scampire)! Stickers are crazy strong and able to do things like allow us to hit enemies with targeted removal four times per round with only one sticker! Some ETBs and death triggers give you card draw (Novice Occultist), give you land (Skittering Surveyor), make enemies sacrifice creatures (Abyssal Gatekeeper), give you creatures when you sacrifice creatures (Blight Mound), or deal damage (Ayara, First of Locthwain), and more.

Keep in mind, these creatures are brought back at EVERY end step, not just yours. So, you can get their ETBs/death triggers at the end of each player's turns.

Use cards like Ashnod's Altar and Bolas's Citadel to sacrifice creatures. Bolas's Citadel can often be a win condition due to the sacrifice damage and the ability to cast spells off of the top of your library for life.

There are a ton of tutors to help you get Bolas's Citadel, Ayara, First of Locthwain, Blight Mound, and the other various cards that do the same things.

The deck also has a lot of equipment that supplies the commander with hexproof.

You can use your creatures as amazing blockers because you can sacrifice them right after declaring them as blockers. This makes the attacking creatures just hit nothing, so it lets you survive trample without a scratch.

Footnote This deck says it has 120 cards but that's only because tappedout counts sticker sheets and attractions as part of your deck size. There are ten attractions and ten sticker sheets.
