A ninja deck were the commander should be on the bord and attacking on turn 2.

There is one 0 mana cost creature, six 1 mana creature, so there is around a 50% chance to pull one of them in your hand and play it T1. Then on T2, you can drop Yuriko and deal a lot of damages.

How to play it once Yuriko is in play.

Once Yuriko is in lay, we want to have Ninjas attacking and being unblockable. For that we have Distortion Strike, Aqueous Form that even allow us to control the top card of our library, Slip Through Space, Writ of Passage.

We also have many creatures with evasion, Triton Shorestalker, Blighted Agent, Changeling Outcast and Ukkima, Stalking Shadow are unblockable, many other creature have flying.

Finally we have some board control in order to open a path for our Ninjas. Cards like Cyclonic Rift, River's Rebuke will nicely clean the bord for you.

During a commander game, there will often be a player or two with only one creature on the bord, then in order to open a path, cards like Slaughter Pact, Soul Shatter, Deadly Rollick can help for a low CMC cost.

Thanks to that it is going to be easy to drop ninjas with nijutsu. If we don't have ninjas in hand, we can always change the creature type of non ninjas with Unnatural Selection.

How to max out damages

Our goal with Yuriko in play, when we are sure that we can deal damages with our Ninjas, is to put some of our High CMC cost cards on top of our library, for that we are going to use Scroll Rack, Mystical Tutor, Liliana Vess, Scheming Symmetry.

We also have a few cards that can help control the top of the library like Explorer's Scope that takes out a land of the top if there is one and Aqueous Form, Faerie Seer and Preordain that allows us to scry.

What to do with the mana

Except the first few turn where the deck needs to build the bord a little, you should save mana for combat tricks like Nijutsu, library control.

There will be many turns where you won't have to do much in order to get some damages in. Use this mana either:

In the second main phase to consolidate the board, add some combo pieces or increase the number of creatures/Ninjas on the board.

Or Save it if you have some counters in hand, we have 6 counters in the deck, each one has an additional purpose, Mana Drain is just good and adds, mana like Spell Swindle, Foil can surprise opponents as a free spell, Disertion is a nice way to steal a A-marker, and finally Mystic Confluence and Sublime Epiphany are all in one tools.

Other fun things to do with this deck

The possibility to Nijutsu creatures makes creatures with ETBs a lot more interesting, having powerfull ETB like Shadowborn Demon, Noxious Gearhulk, Puppeteer Clique, Rune-Scarred Demon, Scholar of the Lost Trove are always fun.

Repeating those ETBs with Thassa, Deep-Dwelling increase the value by a lot.

Finally doing some graveyard shenanigans with a combo of Soul-Guide Lantern, Altar of Dementia targeting yourself and Living Death can win you the game.

Cards to add if you have them

Vampiric Tutor Sensei's Divining Top

Conclusion

It is a fun deck, usually quite fast. Not competitive but powerful.
When you play Yuriko, you are going to be targeted fast but this deck should be able to hold itself pretty well as it deal a lot of damage to everyone.
