Silumgar, the Drifting Death

No machinations, no puppet strings, no plots. Just pure, sweeping death.

This is a Ninja/Dragon tribal with heavy control elements. I want to get one of either Arcane Adaptation, Conspiracy or Xenograft to turn all my creatures into Dragons and melt the defending player's board.

My meta is anywhere from explosive casual to Turn1 win competitive. Some examples include Extra Turn/Totem Armor Narset, Minotaur Tribal Neheb, the Worthy, Hermit Combo Scion and Eldrazi Titan/Colosuss Jhoira. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
