I am in love with Throne of Eldrain! A Vorthos to my core, and a lover of fairytales in all their forms, every spoiler has me creating a new deck in inspiration, proxying them out, and testing them relentlessly.
The idea behind the deck was Masterful Replication + Sorcerer's Broom + Witch's Oven + Shambling Suit Each piece adds a level of synergy, none really needing the others, but when they come together and all the food and brooms become and army of shambling suits, it's an army or armor to beware.
Shimmer Dragon does just about everything this deck wants - but at 6 mana, which gives us limited space for it. After playtesting I found that the deck does best with two. I'm always excited to see one, but rarely have several sitting in my hand.
Dance of the Manse can end up as a finisher and competes a little with Emry for just how much you want in your grave at a given moment.
