You can't use more than 1 card non-basic in a commander deck. There is two Vampire Nocturnus in your deck

I'd take out Vampire Nocturnus, cuz he's only good in a mono-black, but since you're running Rakdos... Do any of the red Vampires suit your fancy from Innistrad? Also, could also run Curse of Stalked Prey . Anyway, +1 from me.

Nocturnus is still pretty good. There's a lot more black than red in this deck. I counted 5 or 6 nonblack cards not including lands or artifacts.

hmm...if you ran a little blue, I'd suggest Blood Tyrant , but instead, how about Falkenrath Exterminator ? It's a simple 2-drop, and it lets you deal damage based on how many +1/+1 counters are on it. speaking of which, a possible idea would be Volt Charge which is a simple burn spell that proliferates for you. It could give your creatures a nice boost.

P.S. I noticed that your deck has 101 cards (the commander, + 100 other cards). is it supposed to be like that?

What would be devastating (at least I think) is if we played a 2-headed Giant with our Commander Decks. (this deck, and The Sanctity of Sacrificing + Proliferating Power!)

D2Vincent Thanks for alerting me that I was one card over. As for your suggestions, I don't think that Falkenrath Exterminator would do enough in my deck because the theme of the deck is almost mono black with a splash of red and all the vampires with the exception of Taurean Mauler help each other out or produce more vampires. However I can give Volt Charge a shot in my deck.

You should add Sanguine Bond and Exquisite Blood

Can you use Crypt Ghast here? because of the mixed Black / White symbol there, and theres no white on Olivia is why I ask

AK42: Crypt Ghast can be used in this deck as seen in the mono black pre-con that was just released. In that deck, there is Pontiff of Blight, that has the mixed white/ black symbol and also gives all other creatures in the deck the extort ability.

I would take out Captivating Vampire. His ability costs too much and your Olivia does the same thing. Dark Impostor for same reason. Kozilek, Butcher of Truth costs too much doesn't fit. Malakir Bloodwitch Mephidross Vampire. I don't think they will benefit the deck much. Maybe replace with Falkenrath Marauders Havengul Vampire Heirs of Stromkirk Kalitas, Bloodchief of Ghet and/or Stromkirk Noble. I'd go with a Stripmine instead of Ghost Quarter. You could use more mana ramp and mana rocks.

Really?! Oh man, there was a couple of cards I had to leave out of decks because I was pretty sure it wouldn't be allowed. Guess that's what I get for trusting my gut instead of asking google. Thanks for straightening that out for me, cheers!

GildarLordOfTheUndead: I can agree with Captivating Vampire and Malakir Bloodwitch to be taken out of the deck with a couple of your suggestions such as Kalitas and the Noble. I do however find Kozilek, Butcher of Truth very useful. I do ramp in the deck where I can play him with Urborg and Cabal coffers and even if I cannot play him, he is used to reshuffle my graveyard back into the deck. Dark Impostor is decent because he can exile away an indestructible creature such as Blightsteel Colossus from the game. As for Strip Mine and Ghost Quarter I play both not just the quarter.

With both Blood Tribute and Sorin Markov in the deck, Wound Reflection becomes an insta-kill combo. Just saying.

Hi there, I love your deck and will be sure to upvote it. I just have some suggestions.
I would recommend: Quietus Spike- to equip the Olivia for 2 mana creature destruction using her ability,
Blade of the Bloodchief- to pump your creatures
Coat of Arms- Again, pumps creatures. Better than Door of Destinies.
Gatekeeper of Malakir- Hurts opponents.
Guul Draz Assassin- Kills lots of stuff.
Phyrexian Reclamation- Good graveyard recovery, onto battlefield isn't too much better than into your hand in this case because a lot of vampires are low costing anyway. Definitely put this in.
The cards I would recommend taking out are the ones with the least synergy with the rest of your deck, i.e. Sword of Feast and Famine, All Is Dust, Praetor's Grasp, and anything else you feel like doesn't always work well. I hope you found this helpful!
