Novice Deckbuilder. Help needed with Sheoldred reanimate.

Hi all, I recently obtained a Sheoldred//The True Scriptures and I really like reanimate (Liliana is my favorite MTG character) so I wanted to try and build a deck to bring to LGS for FNM (or Thursday Night Magic, in my case). I'm a novice to deckbuilding and I'm working on a budget (still in college lol), so I tried to go for as many cheap cards as I could. I would really appreciate some feedback.

About the deck: I mainly want opponents to sacrifice, discard, mill, and generally just fill up their graveyards (I also run a lot of removals and a couple of board wipes). Once they do, I will flip my commander (my win condition) and try to get to the Rise of the Dark Realms effect and swing with my new army (preferably after giving them mass haste with Crashing Drawbridge). To rush the saga, my deck has a minor subtheme of proliferate, with some of them at instant speed so I could potentially get the creatures out on my opponent's end step and have them be able to attack on my turn.

This is my first deck I've ever built for myself, and I would really appreciate suggestions for edits and improvements (but please don't take out my Liliana though, I just really REALLY like her). Thank you guys so much!
