Sydri wasn't able to do a lot in my local meta game (though she worked fine in a notably less competitive meta game I don't get to play in very often). The deck will have a sideboard that converts between Sydri and Sharuum, depending on the meta game I am playing in.

Main combos are:

Altar of the Brood + Sculpting Steel + Sharuum the Hegemon for infinite mill.

Altar of the Brood + Phyrexian Metamorph + Sharuum the Hegemon for infinite mill.

Altar of the Brood + Mirrorpool + Sharuum the Hegemon for infinite mill.

Disciple of the Vault + Sculpting Steel + Sharuum the Hegemon for infinite life loss.

Disciple of the Vault + Phyrexian Metamorph + Sharuum the Hegemon for infinite life loss.

Disciple of the Vault + Mirrorpool + Sharuum the Hegemon for infinite life loss.

Krark-Clan Ironworks + Sword of the Meek + Thopter Foundry for infinite tokens/life.

Aetherflux Reservoir + Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter with at least 2 mana from non-land sources is infinite damage and spells cast. With more than 2 mana from non-land sources, infinite colored colored mana.

Master Transmuter + Scourglass + Sharuum the Hegemon to board wipe every upkeep. Not super effective, but amusing.

Get to 10-11 mana, cast Intuition . Get Disciple of the Vault / Altar of the Brood , Sculpting Steel , Sevinne's Reclamation . It doesn't matter which of the 3 the opponent gives you, you can go off on your next turn assuming you have enough mana by just casting Reclamation on Disciple and playing Sharuum to bring back Metamorph.
