Rakdos Politics, the main win-con being to generate infinite mana with worldgorger then hitting everyone with one of the X instant speed burn spells, or blinking Gary. you could also kill someone with your commanders ability and draw into one of the X spells.

use final parting to get your worldgorger setup, putting WG into the Graveyard and one of your re-animators into hand (or if you already have a Re-animator in hand grab a kill spell.)

everything else is to insure your opponents are distracted and think you aren't a threat. and to bring back your win-cons.
