I updated this deck based on the primer's list's update, which only changed Sylvan Safekeeper to Ranger-Captain of Eos. The ranger-captain is significantly more expensive, so keeping it as a Sylvan Safekeeper would be fine on a budget. I also decided to change Shared Summons to Congregation at Dawn, which I have found to be much better in most scenarios- the mana difference is more significant than you might think.
