Maybeboard

Who needs all of these fancy races when all you need is regular ol' humans. Sacrifice them, discard them or, most likely, mill them into your graveyard to be brought back when they're needed again. Ravos, Soultender is a very effective commander for this deck as he brings back a creature every turn and gives us access to white and black. Being a flying human and an anthem on top of that really doesn't hurt. Glacian, Powerstone Engineer does amazing work once he's out. Just having 1 artifact means he provides an extra draw per turn and anything more than that and you're in milling business. Both of our commanders are relatively expensive to cast so a lot of our deck needs to focus on ramping up and hitting our land drops every turn.

Then, before Ravos is out, we want to have some creatures already in our graveyard to recur every turn. Creatures that sacrifice themselves for value, like Burnished Hart, Bounty Agent and Spellskite are some of the best targets but creatures with cycling like Architects of Will and Noble Templar are ok as well. Our best creatures to mill and bring back are General Kudro of Drannith, Devout Chaplain and Skirsdag Flayer to start taking advantage of our humans and Jace, Vryn's Prodigy   and Scribe of the Mindful are useful to bring back instants and sorceries we've milled.

Unfortunately, despite costing us 6 mana to cast, Glacian does not even create a single artifact to help use his ability. Therefore it is very useful to have some artifacts out before casting Glacian so he can get to work on milling us ASAP. Our best option, as our focus is human tribal, is to use humans that create artifacts, like Whirler Rogue and Doomed Artisan, but even our ramp artifacts can do.

Mass reanimation spells like Patriarch's Bidding and Twilight's Call act as our big endgame value plays that should propel us to victory. Because three of them also bring back our opponent's creatures, its useful to clear out our opponent's graveyards with Bojuka Bog, Ashiok, Dream Render, General Kudro of Drannith and General's Enforcer. Once you pull this off, you will learn that there is nothing quite like attacking with a board full of regular ol' boring humans and then dumping all your mana into Mirror Entity so all of them are suddenly 15/15 indestructible flyers (due to Frontline Medic and Cavalry Pegasus.)

This started out as a meme human tribal deck featuring Chromium, the Mutable as commander, back when he first came out, but became something of its own as new human support came out over the years and I got tired of the deck doing absolutely nothing every game. Now the flavor behind it is my headcanon of Glacian and Ravos leaving their wives behind and going on a multiplanar vacation together.
