This is a sedris deck, it's really casual and just supposed to be a lot of fun and kinda chaotic. The goal is to cheat out big creatures with good ETB effects and then blink them to both keep them out and also get the ETB effects again. It's not the most consistent thing in the world but when it works it's really something.
