This is the fastest mill i could come up with for standard. The game plan is to get Drowned Secrets out and start bouncing Merfolk Secretkeeper and Wall of Lost Thoughts with Run Away Together . This can mill 8-10 cards for about 4 mana. Jace, Wielder of Mysteries is here for card draw and in case of mirror match. Opt and Radical Idea are just cantrips to use for more milling and to get through your deck a little quicker. They also make good targets for Mystic Sanctuary . Anyway, its not very consistent so suggestions welcomed. I plan on running this at FNM 10/11/19.

also, i need better ideas for side board. I basically just added card draw and more control as place holders.
