So I'm trying to get into mono blue and this idea seemed fun; basically a deck filled with leviathan's, Kraken's, merfolk and octopi aka Seafood tribal :)

The idea of the deck is to get out big things and bounce my opponents cards so I can swing for big damage with little to no blockers. Island walk is another idea I'm thinking.

As I'm new to deck building for EDH any and all advise/suggestions is very helpful :D
