The idea behind this deck was speeding up my Niv-Mizzet Parun deck.

This deck has the capability to win turn 0-2 with the Animate Dead + Worldgorger Dragon combo with having enough rocks on the field to create infinite mana then cast Scion on the Ur-Dragon, use his ability to make him a copy of Shiven Hellkite and using your infinite mana to kill the table.

Another wincon is turning Scion into any of the 3 Niv-Mizzet and casting either Curiosity, Keen Sense, or Tandem Lookout to start the infinite loop to draw all but 1 or 2 cards. Stop the loop by pinging your copy of Niv play all mana rocks to acquire more mana play Timetwister to refill your library and start the loop again to finish off the table.
