Bully Jerren until you hurt his feelings so much he calls his dad to beat someone up.

Casual EDH with a built-in sidequest to flip Jerren. Lots of other on-theme weird flip cards to keep the table interesting. Lots of draw. Biggest hiccup is recovering all the life you lost sapping yourself without getting cleaned out early. The deck plays in a different direction as after you flip Jerren. Also important to remember that tokens don't go to the graveyard when they die. Some cards like Gary, Hostile Hostel, Soul Conduit, and Exsanguinate help with bigger bursts of life. Liliana's Contract sits in as an alternative win condition as we have plenty of ways to get demons on the board. If all else fails, we have a lot of graveyard recursion and token generation to take some heat off Jerren to outlast opponents, where his lifelink ability is a good stabilizer to keep us above water.

Mana base is a little tight at 34 lands and a Sol Ring. Malakir Rebirth (flipped), Crowded Crypt, and Priest of Forgotten Gods help with mana generation. Jet Medallion, Dream Devourer, and Bolas's Citadel help reduce mana costs to offset the relatively low lands count. In playtesting, this hits mana on curve consistently enough by turn 4 to work.
