I have always been fascinated by saproling decks. I have had one (or more) in various forms throughout the last 15 years. I play only casual kitchen table magic. I've always liked how saproling decks seem to grow exponentially once you reach a certain point. However I have felt like my decks have been slow. I'd like to make a saproling deck that can do the exponential growth past a certain point, but also be able to reach that point more quickly. To this end I am brainstorming this deck here.

I've seen squirrel decks generate lots of tokens early on using spells rather than permanents so I'm wondering if that is the way to go for saprolings.
